Nalpamara or Nalpamaram is the name given to the stem barks of 4 Ficus species, namely Ficus racemosa (Udumbarah), Ficus virens (Plaksah), Ficus religiosa (Asvatthah Peepal), and Ficus benghalensis (Nyagrodhah, Vata, Bargad) in Ayurveda.
