Ginger Tea Health Benefits

Ginger lemon tea is good for the digestive and respiratory system. It gives relief in nausea, diarrhea, upset stomach and flu. Here is recipe and use of ginger tea.

Ginger Lemon Tea Ingredients:

  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1tbsp lemon
  • honey as per taste


  • Take 2 cup water in pan and boil it.
  • Take ginger clean and peel it. Grate it to get 1 tbsp grated ginger and add to boiling water.
  • Let it cook for 10 to 15 mins at low flame.
  • Remove from stove and add honey and lemon juice and drink lukewarm.

Ginger tea is good for:

  • Abdominal pain
  • Cold, cough and flu
  • Sore throat
  • Stress
  • Nausea during pregnancy
  • Indigestion
  • Immunity boosting
