Making Bath salts At Home:
- 2 tbsp Orange peel
- 4 tbsp Epsom salts(Magnesium sulfate)
- 10 drops of Orange essential oil
- Take dried orange peel and grind to make its powder.
- In orange peel powder add Epsom salts and orange essential oil.
- Mix well in bowl.
Rub bath salt on skin for 10-15 mins and then wash with water. When using standard size bath tub add 1 cup of salt to lukewarm water and sit in it for 15 mins. This can be done thrice a week.
