Anidra/Need ka kam ana(Insomnia) is a condition in which patients suffers from lack of sleep and it is very difficult for him to get sleep in night. Lack of sleep can lead to many different health problems some time this may create serious health problems.
In Ayurveda there are many natural remedies to treat Anidra(insomnia) at Home.
- Drink warm milk after eating ripe mango before sleeping. You will get good sleep.
- Extract half cup onion juice and add 2spoon honey. Now drink this mixture slowly for some time this will treat anidra.
- Add some salt in half cup of juice and drink it before going to bed for some time, this will cure insomnia(anidra).
- Consume 1 gm bhang before sleeping.
- Eat raw cabbage before sleeping for some time. This will cure anidra and you will get good sleep.
- Eat papaya daily to improve your health condition specially stomach problems. Good health is key for good sleep.
- Mix saunf, sugar and black salt in curd or chhachh and drink this regularly. This will help to get sound sleep at night.
- Boil 10-15 clove in water and drink it before sleeping for some time to cure insomnia.
- Drink 1 spoon onion juice by adding it in milk before going to bed. This will also provide you great relief from anidra.
- Do massage to sole and palm with mustard/til oil.
- make paste of bel leave or mehandi leaves. Apply this paste on forehead before going to bed.
- Make paste of bhang with goat milk. Do massage of sole and palm with this.
- Wash both feet’s with normal water for some time and rest your legs in water before going to bed.
- Regularity take rest in sun sine for some time specially from back side. This will help you surely for getting good sleep.
- Most important, try to balance you life style and do some workout daily.
