Some time we got hurt our joints in some accidents or while playing some sports and our damaged joints get strain. For these kind of injuries Ayurvedic medications are very effective.
For treating these kind of pains we can use turmeric to cure and recovering our joints.
How to use turmeric to treat joint strain
- Make paste of turmeric (3-4 spoon) by adding water.
- Add 1/2 spoon slaked lime(Calcium Hydroxide or in Hindi chuna used with paan) into turmeric paste.
- Mix well and apply on affected joint thoroughly.
- Wrap it with some clean cotton cloth and tide it with some bandage.
- Take full rest of 6-8 hr, it will definitely help you
It is better to use this at night before sleeping.
