Ashoka 125 mg

Ashoka bark is a uterine tonic and gives relief in uterine spasms, dysmenorrhoea, prolapse, miscarriage and irregular menstrual cycles. The bark has diuretic properties and indicated in scanty urine, calculus and also for other urinary disorders.  Ashok works because it has a stimulatory effect on the ovarian tissue, and exhibit an estrogen-like activity that enhances ovulation and repair of the endometrium.

Ashok helps in abnormal vaginal bleeding due to its astringent action. It is an effective uterine tonic and strengthens the muscles of the uterus. It corrects the irregularity of periods and prevents miscarriage.

Ashoka gives relief in swelling and is therefore given in gout, arthritis, and rheumatism. It gives relief in pain and aggravated Vata.

It clears congestion and calms the nerves. It is a cold potency herb and pacifies excess Pitta inside the body and hence gives relief in the burning sensation in the body.

Patrang 100 mg

Caesalpinia sappan (Synonyms Caesalpinia minutiflora, Binacaea sappan) family Fabaceae (Leguminosae) is konwn as Patanga, Patranga, Pattaranga, Pattaranjaka, Pattranya, Pattura, Raktaka, Raktasar, Ranjana, Rogakashtha in Sanskrit and Sappan Wood in English.

The decoction of the wood is considered a powerful emmenagogue, a strong astringent and useful in diarrhea and dysentery.  In Ayurveda, Patranga is considered astringent, bitter, in taste (Rasa), pungent after digestion (Vipaka), and is cool in effect (Virya). It balances Kapha and Pitta.

Traditionally, decoction of the heartwood is given as a powerful agent to stimulate menstrual flow and a tonic for women for fast recovery after childbirth. It shows beneficial effects in heavy bleeding and short periods.

The heartwood along with other ingredients is used in dysmenorrhea and leucorrhoea. It is also beneficial in certain forms of the skin diseases and hemorrhage from the lungs.

Lodhra 100 mg

Lodhra is described in classical Ayurvedic texts as absorbent, stomachic, refrigerant, astringent, expectorant and hemostatic.

Nagkeshar (Synonyms: Mesua ferrea, Keshara, Nagapushpa, Naga, Hema, Gajakeshara) consists of dried stamens. It is hot in potency and given in the treatment of Vasti roga (Diseases of the urinary bladder) and bleeding disorders.

Jatamansi 60 mg

Jatamansi, Balchhar, Balchir, Baluchar, Jatalasi, Jatamansi, Kanuchara, Spikenard are few names of Nardostachys jatamansi.

The roots of the plant are aromatic and bitter and possess

stimulant and anti-spasmodic properties. Jatamansi is used in the treatment of epilepsy, hysteria, convulsive ailments, palpitation of the heart and diseases of the head. It is a nervine tonic.
