Narayan Churna is an Ayurvedic medicine which is used for treating abdominal diseases such as constipation, low appetite, abdominal gas, etc. This ayurvedic churna is prepared from triphala, trikatu, chitrak, vidang and other medicinal herbs which have laxative, carminative and stomachic activities.

Ajmoda, Misreya, Dhanyaka, Jiraka, Sunthi, Haritaki, Bibhitaka, Amalaki, Vaca, Kustha, Sati, Pippali, Pippalamul, Krsna jiraka, Svarnak siri, Chitraka, Pushkarmool, Saindha lavana, Sauvarchala lavana, Vida lavana, Samudra lavana, Sarji kshara, Yav kshara, Vidanga, Trivit, Raktaindravaruni, Danti mula, Saptala.

The Dosage of Narayan Churna
Take 3 gm- 6 gm of churna twice a day after the meal with lukewarm water or as directed by a physician.
