There are several natural home remedies for treating constipation.
- Drink 7-8 glass of water regularly.
- Do physical exercise for min 45 minutes. It will give you strength and keep your mental stress away and physical exercise is essential thing for good digestion system.
- My personal experience for my child, eat ripe papaya daily this will keep your digestion good and you will never feel constipation.
- Eat a guava in morning empty stomach or eat red apple before going to bed.
- Drink green leaf vegetable juice like cabbage/spinach leave juice or eat lot of green leaf vegetable.
- Eat boiled pulses in dinner.
Apart from these things you can take ayurvedic medicines like different churn. But i will recommend for drinking water and doing physical exercise will be best option.
