Kidney stone is very painful and common disorder of urinary tract(kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra). This disorder is found all over world. Most of the kidney stone pass out without knowledge of patient and without any medical treatment.
What is kidney stone?
Kidney stone is very hard substance developed from chemicals separated from blood and urine by kidney. While urine itself contains chemicals which prevents formation of kidney stone but for some people these chemicals does not work and those people develops kidney stone. If formed stone size is very small then normally it passes through urine without causing any symptoms. But is some cases these stone developed in large size which cannot pass through urinary tract and causing pain in lower back and other problems and these kind of stone development need to be treated.

Disorder of uric acid metabolism, gout, excess intake of vitamin D, urinary tract infections and blockage of the urinary tract are some reasons for developing kidney stone.
Symptoms of developing Kidney Stones:
Smaller size kidney stones do not produce any symptoms but pain in lower back, inflammation in urinary tract, Burning sensation during urination are symptoms of kidney stone. Some time nausea and omitting occurs with great pain is strong symptoms of kidney stone. If you are getting fever with these symptoms then you may got infections in your urinary tract.
Diagnosis of Kidney Stones:
By X-ray test kidney stones can be detected very easily as well as with the help of urine and blood tests doctors can diagnose kidney stones.
Treatment of Kidney Stones:
Surgery is not required in all cases of kidney stones, most of the stones are passes trough by drinking adequate amount of water .
Sometimes doctors are prescribing some medicine to prevent development of stones
If medical treatment is required then there are several options of treatment, sometimes if stones size is big and it is causing pain then surgery is required.
