Rasnairandadi kashayam is poly-herbal Ayurvedic medicine. Kashaya are decoction (Kadha) of medicinal herbs. These preparations are very effective in management of Vaat-vikar. Kashay are antioxidant and also detoxify body and removes body toxins.

Ingredients of Rasna erandadi kashayam

Pluchea Lanceolata (Rasna), Ricinus communis (eranda), Sida rhombifolia (Bala), Tinospora cordifolia (Giloy), Strobilanthus heynianus (sahachara), Asparagus racemoses (shathavari),  Tragia involucrata (Dusparsha), Adhatoda vasica (Vasa), Cedrus deodara (Deodaru), Aconitum heterophyllum (Ativisha), cyperus rotundus (Musta), Asteracantha longifolia (Ikshura), Hedychium spicatum (Gandhapalashi), Zingiber officinalis (Sunthi)

Uses of Rasnairandadi kashayam

  • Vatarakta (rheumatoid arthritis), arthritis, Gout, joint swelling pain
  • Ekanga vatam or hemiplegia ( total or partial paralysis of one side of the body)
  • Paralysis of lingual muscles
  • Back pain
  • Respiratory disorders (swasa kasa)
  • Throat disease
  • Puerperal diseases (Sutika roga)

Dosage Rasna erandadi kashayam

In liquid form: 10-15 ml of Rasnairandadi kashayam with 40-60 ml lukewarm water
In tablet form: 2 tablets of Rasna erandadi kashayam with lukewarm water twice a day or as directed by physician.
