Vitamin A

Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin. It is naturally present in many foods.

It is important for normal vision, the immune system, and reproduction. Vitamin A

also helps the heart, lungs, kidneys, and other organs work properly. The amount of vitamin A you need depends on age and reproductive status. Recommended intakes for vitamin A for people aged 14 years and older range is 900 micrograms (mcg) daily (3,000 IU) for men and 700 micrograms daily (2,300 IU) for women.  Vitamin A is found naturally in many foods and is added to some foods, such as milk and cereal.  High intakes of some forms of vitamin A can be harmful.

Calcium Lactate

alcium lactate is a salt that consists of two lactate anions for each calcium cation.  It is one of the main sources of calcium that is used as a calcium supplement. Other uses include antacid, food additive, and ingredient in oral hygiene products.  Calcium Lactate is indicated for the treatment of calcium deficiency states as a therapeutic supplement in pregnancy, lactation, osteoporosis, post-gastrectomy malabsorption, osteomalacia and rickets. It is also used to treat mild hypocalcemia and for maintenance therapy.

Calcium Lactate is contraindicated in Severe hypercalcaemia and hypercalciuria (eg hypervitaminosis D, hyperparathyroidism, severe renal failure, osteoporosis due to immobility and decalcifying tumors such as plasmocytoma and skeletal metastases). Patients receiving therapy with cardiac glycosides such as digoxin must not be given calcium supplements.

Contraindications

There is no known contraindication for this medicine.

It contains sucrose. So, a person who has lost the ability to respond normally to insulin (prediabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome or type 2 diabetes) should take it cautiously.

Drug Interactions

Please maintain a gap of at least an hour between intake of any allopathic drug and herbal medicine to avoid drug interaction, if any.

Do not use many different medicines for the treatments of the same disease.

Do not take more than one multivitamin supplement at a time to avoid overdose of vitamins and minerals.

Getting too much preformed vitamin A (usually from supplements or certain medicines) can cause dizziness, nausea, headaches, coma, and even death. High intakes of preformed vitamin A in pregnant women can also cause birth defects in their babies. Women who might be pregnant should not take high doses of vitamin A supplements.

  1. I have taken 4 bottle of Cynkara syrup.Now,I am suffering from hyperthyroidism suddenly. That’s disease may cause by overproducing of thyroid hormone by taking over amount of iodine.I suspect Cynkara.This syrup may responsible for my disease.

  4. Can we give chinkara to children in milk so the child can drink milk if child is not ready to take chinkara directly

    • no, can not give with milk

    • I’ve never heard that you can’t mix with milk. I’ve heard it’s safe to put in ANY child’s drink, to help encourage them to drink it. It’s a tonic, safe for all ages. I don’t see why you couldn’t add it into milk.

    • How so? What does it do? Does it only happen after drinking the tonic? If I were you, I’d seek medical advice. You can’t find proper treatment, if asking people online who don’t know your exact situation. Hope you get yourself checked out!
