Foods to boost male fertility

What we eat determines our overall health. There are various food items that are necessary for sexual health and fertility in males but these are not part of daily diet. Here are some foods that help to increase sexual health, sperm count and performance in males.

Nutmeg:

Take 1 gm nutmeg powder everyday with fresh water for a few days.

Cinnamon:

Take 2 gm cinnamon powder milk twice a day increases sperms and virility.

Dates:

Take few dates and add in boiling milk and drink.

Figs:

Take two to four dried figs boiled in milk twice a day.

Amla ( Indian Gooseberry):

Take 5-10 gm amla power, add ghee and honey in equal proportion and take this mix regularly.

Shatavari(Asparagus Racemosus):

Take 3 gm of shatavari powder mix in glass of milk and take twice a day for 2 months.

Saffron and milk:

Boil glass of milk and add 4-5 saffron threads and sugar candy mix thoroughly. Drink this milk in the morning or at night before sleeping.

Caraway seeds or kala jeera:

Take 3 gm kala jeera, 10 ml white onion juice and mix in misri. Take this thrice a day for month.

Walnut:

Eat 10 gm walnut and currant in breakfast.

Banyan fruits:

Dry Banyan fruits and grind to make powder. Mix with sugar candy and take in morning with milk.
