Windows 7 : Clip command to copy output to clipboard

clip.exe is a command tool on windows to copy other command out put to windows clip board.

This command tools file is located at Windowssystem32. You can use it in command prompt window to copy other command out put to windows clip board.

CLIP

Description:
    Redirects output of command line tools to the Windows clipboard.
    This text output can then be pasted into other programs.

Parameter List:
    /?                  Displays this help message.

Examples:
    C:>DIR | CLIP          Places a copy of the current directory
                        listing into the Windows clipboard.

    CLIP < file1.TXT   Places a copy of the text from readme.txt
                        on to the Windows clipboard.
