Tomato chutney (Sauce) is very common and popular recipe in all over world. Today i am writing very simple and delicious recipe for making roasted tomato chutney with cheese.
Ingredients for chutney
-Red tomato 3-4 medium sized
-Cheese slice 2-3 or 5-6 cheese cubes
-Black pepper 2-3 pinch
-Garlic paste 1/2 tbl spoon
-Green chili finely chopped 1-2
-Chopped Coriander leaves
-Salt to taste
-Oregano 1 tbl spoon
-Olive oil 1 spoon
-Wash and roast tomato in oven or microwave tomato till they get soft.
-Peel tomato by removing their skin
-Make paste of garlic cloves 4-5
-Now add cheese, black pepper powder and salt
-Mix all ingredient or blend it using a blender
-Add chopped chili and coriander leaves to it and mix them very well. Add also oregano and one spoon olive oil.
Tip: Serve this tomato chutney or sauce with chapatti, rice, or parathas. You also store it by refrigerating and can use for 2-3 days.
