Recipe: Phool Gobhi Curd Kadhi

Phool Ghobhi(Cauliflower) is very nutritious vegetable and now you can get it in every season. There are a lot of dishes of Phool Gobhi. Here I am writing recipe of kadhi with Phool Gobhi.

Ingredients for Phool Gobhi Kadhi:

– Phool Gobhi cutten in small pieces 200 gm

– Curd 1 cup

– Besan 1/2 cup

– Red chili powder as per taste

Haldi 1/2 tbl spoon

– Green chili 2-3

– Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbl spoon

– Kadi Patta 5-6

– 1~2 pinch garam masala(optional)

– Oil 1-2 spoon

– Salt as per taste

– Coriander leaves finally chopped for garnishing

Method

– Clean and wash gobhi and boil it till it get soft or microwave it for 3 minutes.

– Mix curd, besan, chili powder, turmeric

– Now heat oil in deep cooking pan

– Sauté ginger garlic paste, kadi patta and green chili

– Now put gobhi in pan and saute for 2-3 minutes

– Now add curd and besan paste and add water according to thickness you want.

– Add salt to it.

– Boil kadhi on low flam for 5-8 minutes and add garam masala to it and boil for another 1 minutes.

– Kadhi is ready to serve, serve it with rice by garnishing it with coriander leaves
