Recipe: Moongphali Ki Chutney(Peanut Or Ground Nut)


-½ cup roasted peanut( bhune moongphali ke daane)

-½ cup curd

-1 table spoon coconut paste

-3 garlic cloves

-1 green chili

-Salt as per taste

-For tadka

-5-6 curry leaves

-1 teaspoon mustard seeds

-1 spoon oil


-Put peanut, curd, coconut paste, chili, garlic cloves and salt as per taste in grinder and grind it .
-Check consistency, if too thick you may add some water.
-Now prepare tadka, by heating oil in pan and adding kari patta and mustard seed.
-Add tadka to chutney.
-Chutney is ready to eat , enjoy it with chila, dosa, dhokla.
