Recipe: Curd Capsicum

Ingredients:

– 1 cup capsicum

– Boiled and massed potato

– Milk 1 spoon

– Curd 1/4 cup

Haldi powder 1-2 pinch

– Red chilli powder as per taste

– Besan 2 spoon

– Jeera 1 small spoon

– Salt to taste

– Oil 1 spoon

Method:

– Make paste of potato, curd, milk, chilli powder, haldi, salt and 1/2 cup water

– Heat oil in a pan

– Now make crackle with jeera

– Now put shimala mirch in pan and cook a while

– Now add paste to it and cook for 6-8 minutes.

– Keep steering in-between.

– Serve hot as side dish
