Recipe: Baigan ki chutney (Eggplant Brinjal Chutney)


-1 medium baigan (Brinjal)

-1 lemon

-1 chili

-1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

– Salt as per taste


–  Roast brinjal. It can be done by applying oil on brinjal and putting it on gas stove at low flame.
– When roasted let it cool. Then peel  its outer skin and put it in grinder with chili, salt cumin powder. Grind it.
– Add lemon juice to it and serve it with papad, wafers etc.
