Recipe: Badam ki chutney Or Almond Chutney


-½ cup almonds

-3 garlic cloves

-1green chili

-Tamarind as per taste

-Salt as per taste

-½ teaspoon Mustard seeds

-1 red chili

-Kari Patta

-2 spoon Oil


-Grind all ingredient except for seasoning by adding water in grinder. Check for consistency if too thick add more water.

-Prepare tadka by heating oil in pan. In hot oil add mustard seed, then chili and kari patta.

-Mix this into chutney. Chutney is Ready.
