-1 cup soaked and peeled almonds
-1 cup milk
-5 spoon desi ghee
-6 spoon Sugar
-½ spoon cardamom powder
-1 pinch saffron
1.Take peeled almonds and some milk and grind it in grinder.
2. Heat ghee in pan.
3.When ghee is heated add paste and cook till it turns golden brown while stirring it continuously to avoid sticking to pan .
4.Add remaining milk and bring it to boil. Cook for 3-4 mins.
5. Now add sugar and cardamom powder and cook till sugar completely dissolved and it turns thick in consistency.
6. Add saffron and serve.
