Home remedies for pregnancy problems

Women experiences many problems during pregnancy and these problems are likely weakness, pain omitting etc.

Here are some natural home remedies for these problems:

  • Drink daily fresh chukandar, gajar and tomato juice. It will cure all pregnancy weaknesses.
  • Drink daily chaulai juice.
  • Eat daily bail murabba.
  • Eat daily beans vegetable for protein.
  • Take 10 gm munaka(raisins), 10 gm small ilayachi, 10 gm almond(badam). Grind all these  in mortal and make small balls. In case of omitting, chew these balls.
  • Do not do excessive physical work
  • Do lite exercise
  • Avoid oily and fried food
