Broccoli is basically Italian cabbage family vegetable. Now it is cultivated all over world and you can find it very easily in grocery store. Commonly broccoli is eaten boiled or steamed. But now days people eating raw in form of salad.
It is very rich in vitamin C, dietary fiber, it also contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties. If you want vitamin C then eat it raw otherwise cook it.
Steaming Broccoli in MWO
- Take one head of broccoli
- Cut Broccoli 1 inch size.
- Wash it it water 2-3 times.
- Now take one microwave safe glass or ceramic bowl.
- Put broccoli in it and add 2-3 spoon water and put some lid(Not air tight).
- Now put bowl in Microwave and cook it for 2-3 mins and put out carefully.
- Now steamed broccoli is ready to eat.
You can eat it like salad or with some sauces.

Note: Cocking time depends upon power of your MWO and quantity of vegetable.
