Raita is prepared from curd or dahi. In plain curd other ingredients are added to get a particular raita. Mint or pudina raita is prepared using mint leaves. Here are recipes of mint or pudine ka raita.
These are simple to prepare and enjoyed with rice.
Recipe of Mint raita
- Whisk curd (1 cup) and add rock salt, red chilli powder, and roasted jeera powder in it as per taste.
- Add grinded Mint leaves paste (1/2 cup) and mix well. This is Mint raita.
- Add grinded raisins (20 gms) and mint leaves paste in curd to prepare Mint raisin raita.
