Recipe for making pizza in microwave grill

Pizza can be baked using griller, oven or microwave. A simple and delicious recipe for making grilled cottage cheese pizza using microwave griller.


For 2 medium size Veg Tandoori topping Pizza following ingredients are required

  • Cottage Cheese 8-10 small cubes (Amul's malai Paneer) or what you want to use.
  • Mozzarella cheese or any other Pizza Cheese 150 gm(You can add more cheese if you want more luxury, I personally prefer Britania Masal Pizza Cheese).
  • 2 medium size tomato.
  • 1 Capsicum or Drum Chilli.
  • 1 medium size onion.
  • 1/2 cup curd.
  • 1 table spoon kashmiri mirch.
  • 2-3 pinch turmeric.
  • 1/2 table spoon Garam masala.
  • 1/2 table spoon chat masala.
  • 2-3 pinch Ajawain.
  • 2-3 pinch Magrail( Kaloji).
  • 1 table spoon kasoori methi.
  • 1/2 table spoon mustard oil for tandoori masala.
  • 2 medium size pizza base.
  • 2 table spoon olive oil.
  • 2 table spoon pizza sauce.
  • 2 table spoon tomato ketchup.
  • For toppings you can used black olive and Rajasthani Green chilli which we use to make pakodas and sweet corn 2 table spoon.
  • Pizza seasoning mix.
  • 2 Pizza base

( You can easily find these thing in nearest grocery store)

Make the Pizza

  • First make tandoori marinating paste, mix curd, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masal, ajawaing, kalonji, kassori methi, chat masala, and mustard oil i a bowl very well.
  • Now cut tomato's in 4 pieces and remove seeds and liquid part.
  • Cut capsicum into 6-8 big pieces and remove all seeds.
  • Cut onion in 4 pieces.
  • Now marinate Paneer and all vegetables in tandoori paste.
  • Pre-Heat Microwave at 200 0 C, and put aluminium foil on high rack.
  • Put all tandoori marinated vegetables and paneer on it.
  • Grill it for 7-8 minutes.
  • Now tandoori is ready you can eat it with some sauce but for now take off fro grilling rack and put aside.
  • Now Grill pizza base for 1-1 minute both side(you can grill more if you want to make more crusty).
  • After grilling pizza base, put some olive oil or butter on pizza pan and pour it well and put pizza base on it.
  • Now put 1 table spoon pizza sauce on base and spread  is evenly and spread tomato ketchup on it.
  • Now grate half pizza cheese on it evenly and put half tandoori stuffing on it and sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it.
  • And put chilli, olive toppings on it.

Now microwave it for 12 minutes and in mean time prepare second pizza.

After 12 min microwave take out pizza, you must testy pizza is ready but don't forget to sprinkle some seasoning before serving it.
