A Mango Shake for Strong Brain

Mango shake is very common summer drink in India. There are many variation of toppings in mango shake recipe. But base is same. mango shake is really very healthy diet for body and brain.

Here i am writing another variation of mango shake recipe which make brain stronger if someone drink this daily for 3-4 weeks. It also cures other head complications like headache and it stimulates the liver and being a good blood producer removes all sorts of physical debility.


  1. 225 ml fresh mango juice/pulp
  2. 50 ml cow milk
  3. 1 teaspoon fresh ginger juice
  4. Sugar as per test(optional)

Mix all above ingredient using blender and ship it regularly for 3-4 weeks.
