Ksheerabala thailam(oil)

Ksheerabala taila is an ayurvedic drug used to treat arthritis, central nervous system disorders, and insomnia. The main contents of Ksheerabala are Bala (Sida cordifolia Linn.), Ksheera(cow's milk), and Thilathaila (sesame oil). The textual reference of Ksheerabala is found in Ashtangahridaya.

Ksheerabala oil with its nurturing, cooling and calming blend, form an excellent nervine tonic, with anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic and analgesic properties. It controls vata imbalances, arthritis, burning sensation, fibromyalgia, headaches, disorders involving central nervous system, paralysis, insomnia and for relaxation purposes.

Diseases like Facial palsy, Hemiplegia, recurrent and chronic head ache, migraine, numbness of extremities, tingling sensation, burning sensation (diabetic neuropathy) and stiffness of joints are treated significantly with regular use of Ksheerabala.
