How to get relief from IBS due to Constipation

Irritable bowel syndrome is a gastrointestinal disorder in which your intestine does not function properly. IBS can be caused by many factors like bacterial or fungi infection, allergic to some foods, pregnancy or not taking proper diet and irregular life style. In IBS one can have constipation or diarrhea.

In bacterial or fungi infection mostly symptom is frequent diarrhea while most of the bacterial infection goes itself while some needs proper treatment with antibiotics.

While constipation can be caused by allergy from certain food like fibre rich diet, oily foods, fine grains, raw vegetables, meat or dairy food. In fact one can allergic to any type of food. Drinking less water can also cause constipation.

So if you are suffering from frequent constipation(chronic) and you are following a healthy life style like regular physical work out, fibre rich diet and in taking adequate liquid then you should do a diagnosis for foods allergy. You can do allergy test from some allergy test centre or you can do it by your self.

To finding food allergy by your self you have do monitoring of your constipation by changing food type for 1 week for each type food. You can start this by stop eating dairy products for 1 week and monitor if there is not change then stop using other foods like meat food and monitor changes after this stop using fine grain breads for one week then stop using raw fruits and vegetables. This will definitely help you to finding allergy if you are food allergic.

If you find then do not use those foods and rest will be fine.

Apart from this you can do one thing buy Sat-Isabgol(Ayurvedic herbal husk) from some grocery or medicine shop and take this 5~10 gm with water 2-3 times day for 3-4 days and eat apple after meals. Drink 8-10 glass of water daily. Do this for 3-4 days, i am sure it will help you do not forget to do some workout.
