Natural ways to remove body toxins

In current arena when pollution level is too high in air, water and soil and this pollution can very easily increase toxins level in our body. Body toxins can cause many serve diseases like cancer, skin problem, failure of several vital organs like kidney. These toxins can also damage our brain and nerve system. We are in taking these toxins through foods, water and air. Now day we are eating most of the canned and preserved foods which contains many preservative which are also toxic. Apart from these there are many toxins which can harm our body very badly. So it is very important to do cleansing of our body and blood regularly.

Most straight and best way is to keep your self from these toxic things by eating proper foods and drinking clean water. But now day it is impossible. So here i am writing very simple remedies to do body cleansing.

Changing eating habits:

  • Always eat fresh vegetable and fruits in your diet.
  • Avoid preserved and canned foods.
  • Avoid bottled drinks like.
  • Eat more and more liquid foods like soups, fresh vegetable fruit juice.
  • Drink adequate quantity of fresh water (3-4 litre) per day.
  • Avoid fried foods.
  • You must avoid acid-producing foods during de-toxin period. [they use the body's store of alkaline minerals Alkaline minerals are used to neutralise the acid-states in your blood stream]: All wheat products, aged cheeses, meats, liquors, sugar, heated oils, processed foods & drinks, canned foods, . . . they form yeasts & fermentation within the body.

Do regular exercise(sweeting). This is best way to remove toxins from body.

Ayurvedic remedies to remove toxins from body:

  1. Drink Doob grass juice to remove toxins from body.
  2. To remove accumulated solid toxins, you can try food-grade or medical grade castor oil, commonly available in pharmacies.
  3. Consumption of Holly Basil(Tulasi leaves), Fresh Neem leaves are also very good for removing body toxins.
  4. If you have a severe problem of blood toxicity, you can try this method: Eat ONLY fruits for a week. No milk, no coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcohol- nothing. Only fruits and plan water. For the first three days, you'll feel horrible and also weak. But from Day-4 you'll find yourself grow stronger and look better. You can start with a single-day fruit and water diet per week and increase it to twice a week and increase gradually.
  5. Broccoli is also very great cleanser. It removes many toxins from our body. It has also anti cancer compounds. 
  6. Every morning drink a lot of water after wake up. At last gulp take a pinch of salt and swallow it. Do not eat anything for the next 90 minutes- which will allow the water to flush out the system of toxins.
  7. Cabbage soup diet is also use for weight loss and removing toxins from body. Try to eat only cabbage soup for 2-4 days.
  8. Wheatgrass is great in neutralization of acids in body.

Ayurvedic Medicines for blood purification:

  • Hamdard safi is very old and famous unani formulation for blood purification. But take safi only with adequate dilution and recommended period.
  • Raktaj Tablets/ Syrup for blood purification.
  • Chyawanprass is also very good body cleanser
  • There are many pharmaceutical in India making these products.
