Diet for pregnant women according to Ayurveda

Many time new born baby are unhealthy and they are suffering from many disease and infections.If during pregnancy one should take care of pregnant women?s diet and other things then probability of  healthy baby birth increased.

Here are some diet and other tips for healthy pregnancy:

  • In pregnancy women should eat coconut regularly.
  • Drink seasonal fruit juice daily.
  • Eat 2 spoon honey daily after getting pregnant and in last trimester drink honey with milk.
  • Eat roasted groundnut regularly(Morning and evening)
  • Eat citrus fruit daily to maintain immunity.
  • Eat nutritious foods during pregnancy.
  • Do regular lite exercise.
  • Make surrounding clean and healthy and make happy atmosphere.
