Natural Bath Salt Health Benefits

Bath salts helps to exfoliate skin, removes cellulite, detoxify body , releases tension and stress. Here is how to make bath salts at home and benefits of bath salts.

Making Bath salts At Home:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Orange peel
  • 4 tbsp Epsom salts(Magnesium sulfate)
  • 10 drops of Orange essential oil
  • Process
  • Take dried orange peel and grind to make its powder.
  • In orange peel powder add Epsom salts and orange essential oil.
  • Mix well in bowl.

Rub bath salt on skin for 10-15 mins and then wash with water. When using standard size bath tub add 1 cup of salt to lukewarm water and sit in it for 15 mins. This can be done thrice a week.
