Moringa Pod(Drumstick) Health Benefits

Moringa pods(Drumstick) are also very nutritious but less than it leaves. Fresh drumsticks are full of minerals, protein, vitamins and dietary fibers. These pods are used a vegetable in India, Africa and many Asian countries by making curry, soups and many other dishes.

These pods are green colour and 30 to 50 cm long. Mature pod have strong fibre just inside outer skin of pods and never swallowed.
